1. This product is a new generation of new brick production equipment independently developed by our company after absorbing foreign advanced technology and combining our company's many years of practical experience. It adopts continuous feeding from the top and adjustable continuous rotation discharging at the bottom.
2. When the material enters the silo from the upper feed port, the bottom of the silo, the discharge cone and the silo wall bear the weight of the material. At the same time, the discharge cone prevents the material from arching. The frequency conversion drive enables the digestion bin to meet the needs of the production line at any time. The material entering the bottom of the silo continuously enters the discharge hole at the bottom driven by the discharge scraper and enters the next production process.
3. When the material in the silo reaches the set height, the level meter sends a signal, and the upper feeding system can stop feeding. The level meter and temperature detector are both used to detect the material situation in the silo.
4. The material moves and digests layer by layer from top to bottom in the silo. The discharge amount is adjusted so that the moving time of the mixed material in the silo is equivalent to the time required for the digestion of quicklime, cement and carbide slag.
5. The transmission system adopts variable frequency speed control, which is steplessly adjustable and can flexibly control the amount of material discharged, ensuring smooth material supply in the next production link, and preventing problems of over- or under-supply, so as to improve productivity.
6. The inner diameter of the silo cylinder is designed to be small at the top and large at the bottom, forming a cone, which reduces the wall adhesion effect of the material and makes it difficult for the material to stick to the cylinder. The wear-resistant, temperature-resistant and smooth treatment of the effective parts makes the material supply smoother.
