1. The main part of this equipment is mainly composed of the autoclave device, the autoclave cover device, the swing device, the hand-cranked reducer, the safety device, the support, the insulation layer, the sealing device, the pipeline valve instrument, etc. The auxiliary parts include the drainage device and the electric control box.
2. The autoclave device: It is mainly welded by the cylinder and the autoclave flange. 40 teeth evenly distributed along the circumference of the flange are meshed with 40 teeth evenly distributed on the autoclave cover flange. A track is provided at the bottom of the autoclave for walking or parking the steaming trolley.
3. The autoclave cover device: It is mainly welded by the autoclave cover flange, the dome and the central short shaft. The autoclave cover is suspended at the end of the autoclave by the swing device. The autoclave cover can move up and down. When the 40 teeth evenly distributed around the flange are meshed with the 40 teeth on the autoclave flange, the autoclave is closed.
4. Safety device: It is fixed on the side of the autoclave flange and consists of a safety handle, a seat, a connecting rod and a ball valve. When the kettle cover is closed, the safety handle turns to the horizontal position, locking the kettle cover so that it cannot be opened, and closing the corresponding residual steam discharge ball valve.
5. Safety interlocking device: It consists of a control cabinet, a pressure transmitter, a safety locking device (electromagnetic clutch hand-cranked reducer), etc., to meet the requirements of the "Container Regulations" for quick-opening pressure vessels and ensure the safe use of the kettle.
