1. Batching machine is mainly used for the preparation of autoclaved fly ash standard bricks, autoclaved free standard bricks or lime sand bricks and other mixtures.
2. Batching machine can be equipped with a variety of aggregates. The storage hopper is located above the frame. Wear-resistant and easy-slip lining plates and special double-click arch breaking loading and unloading devices can be added according to the moisture viscosity of the material.
3. There is a skirt unloading belt conveyor under the storage hopper. The belt conveyor starts in sequence, that is, it discharges materials into the metering hopper below it. The metering hopper is suspended on the bracket through a suspension rod. Each set of suspension rods is connected to a sensor and combined with the "weighing instrument" to complete the precise measurement of the material.
4. After the measurement is completed, the pneumatic gate at the bottom of the metering hopper automatically opens to discharge the material to the belt conveyor at the bottom, and finally the measured material is sent to the mixing hopper above the mixer to wait for entering the mixer.
