In view of the process characteristics of the current dry-mixed mortar production line, combined with domestic and foreign technology and experience accumulation, a new type of fully automatic energy-saving dry-mixed mortar complete set of equipment is launched. This equipment can be used with a dry sand making system or a wet sand drying system to produce high-quality and high-standard dry-mixed mortar and special mortar.
The dry mortar production line can accurately measure the raw materials and additives according to the formula requirements of the mortar through computer measurement, and then mix them through the mixer to produce the required dry-mixed mortar immediately. Most special mortars such as tile adhesive, skim coat can also be manufactured according to the formula. The whole process adopts an automated operation mode.
According to the structure, our mortar production line could be tower type, workshop type and ladder type. The overall process could be designed and customzied according to user’s product demand and site conditions.
According to the finished product, our production line could produce masonry mortar, normal plastering mortar, tile adhesive, white skim coat, grey skim coat, non shrink grout, floor leveling mortar, thermal insulation mortar and other special mortar.

High-performance mixing system
The mixing system is a key link and the heart in the production of dry mortar. SINOMAX manufacture international standard mixing mixer, which has suitable mixing uniformity, controllable mixing time, excellent repeatability and low maintenance rate. Mixer could be equipped with high-speed flying cutters, the flying cutters could be working according to the requirements to achieve mixing and cutting fibers and pigments.
Accurate weihging system
The accuracy rate of weighing is very critical to the finished product. For raw materials with poor fluidity and particles, the weighing system can achieve fast and accurate automatic weighing. The weighing system is mainly divided into two parts, raw material weighing and admixture/additives weighing. We adopt global famous weighing components to ensure the accuracy rate.
Reliable dust collecotr system
The dust collector system is an essential process configuration in the mortar production line. According to the different process requirements and characteristics of the dry mortar production configuration process, SINOMAX designed various dust collectors at dust-prone points to ensure that all powders can be processed in a closed environment, reduce pollution to the environment, and dust emissions meet international standards. It improves working conditions and increases the recycling rate of raw materials.
