  • The weighted fresh slurry, waste slurry, water, cement, lime，gypsum, and aluminum paste will be added into mixer in sequence. The high speed mixing will make the slurry into a uniform mixture with certain density, during this processing a heating device may be required.

    The raw materials are thoroughly mixed to form a slurry, which is poured into the mould. The pouring process is controlled by a pneumatic butterfly valve. Before pouring, the stirring device will fully mix all the raw materials within one minute and reach a certain temperature.
